I received a message about "Your delivery may be delayed"

I am shopping at APPLE STORE. On the day of the expected delivery, I received an email with the message: Your delivery may be delayed. And the order status changed delivered. I did not receive the purchase, but I also don’t see a new delivery date. What should I do? Help!

From our understanding, you have questions regarding the status of your order from the Apple Online Store. We’d be happy to help out!


To get started, you can view your order information using the steps found under “Online Order Status

Since it sounds like your delivery was showing delayed, but the status now shows delivered, we’d recommend that you reach out to the carrier that was delivering your package.


If they are unable to assist with any order updates, we’d recommend that you contact the Apple Online Store team using the information for your country at: Contacting Apple It’s important to note, that you may need to use the drop-down menu at the top of the page, or by changing your country on the lower-right side of the page to get information that is suited to you.

As we mentioned previously, you'd need to reach out to the carrier that was delivering your package, or to the Apple Online Sales team for assistance using the links we provided. We're unable to create any incidents or help you track that package here in Apple Support Communities.
