You would need to start with HP: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support, but why do you ask?
The HP Deskjet 3512 e-All-in-One is an AirPrint-enabled device. Do not download or install any drivers for it. They won't work.
Drivers are not firmware though, which is the reason for asking. Firmware (if you need it) needs to be downloaded to the printer. It's not installed on your Mac.
