Thanks a lot Stedman1. I own 2 SE, one updated to ios13 and the other to 12. Is there a good reason why i can't upgrade to 13 only? Is a claustrophobic feeling what i'm experimenting...i don't need iOS 14 and at the same time i want to keep my SE as much as i can, 'cause for my needs it works perfectly.
It has always been the case. When a new version of iOS is released, it becomes the only version available for that compatible device. There is no method to overcome this. Your options are to leave the device at the present version of iOS, or update to iOS 14.3.
It can not be updated to iOS 13. Any update will be to the most recent, compatible version. For the iPhone SE, that would be iOS 14.3.
Thanks again, the only inconvenience is some job related apps that needs ios13, such a fake golden plated cage we're in :-(
Love it or leave it, if you just can.
You are welcome.
