Hello
i have an issue with my phone.
It keeps freezing and restarting by itself.
It wasnt this bad but now I can’t even use it cause no matter what i do, it freezes and restarts.
ios is up to date, all the apps are updated too.
Took out sim card but nothing changed.
Tried factory restart through itunes.
Any ideas? Please help :(

i booked for the genius bar and they diagnosed my phone to be malfunctioning hardware.. so they gave me a replacement.

i ended up having to make an appointment with apple and go in and it happened in front of them and they ended up giving me a brand new phone

i did factory resetting before...
so even though i do it again
same problem will appear any sooner :(

I’m having this checked on Thursday as the screen freezes weird and the. Screen goes pink/purple n restarts
