Recieved box from apple to send back ipad for repair - no other instructions?

Firstly the box has no instructions and has tape sealing it with an instruction not to break? How am I supposed to get iPad in to the box to return it?

How is the box supposed to be returned? The courier that it arrived with was UPS - with a UPS envelope for the box to go back into. Do I contact UPS to return to pick up the box or do I just wait for them to come back?
