Bluetooth speaker randomly disconnects from my MacBook Air

I have a JBL Charge 3 bluetooth speaker that randomly disconnects from my M1 Macbook Air. If you have any idea's on what to try it'd be greatly appreciated

Bluetooth Bluetooth signal is dropping for any audio device I pair since updating to Monterey. Have tried many solutions including reseting the module in terminal, deleting all devices and re-syncing, power cycling, etc. Seems it's an OS issue. Any news on a fix for this? Put wrong machine below: it's MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
