Help please - Irig Pro Duo not visible as midi option on my MacBook Pro

This is weird. Irig has connected fine before for both audio & midi connections, but for some reason it is not working now.

Iv'e replaced the batteries in the Irig with new ones (as it hasn't been used for a while).

Irig is not visible as an option in the either the general audio midi set up or Logic Pro preferences.

I've been through all the set up configuration (which worked fine previously), powered the Mac & Logic off several times, but still no joy.

Very frustrating.

Can anyone help please?
