new activation

i just brought new iphone se and got number ported over. its been almost 24 hours now and im, still getting messages across both phones. and messages only goes through email and not phone number. not quite sure on how to fix the activation error message

Follow steps here If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
