blocking people

hi, i recently blocked someone cause we were arguing i blocked him but i was still receiving the Imessages, but then when i unblock him i cant receive any texts from him and ill send him a text it wont say delivered but he still receives them, and then i blocked someone with a SMS message and i still can reveive his calls and texts even tho hes blocked and he doesnt have an iphone.
