How do I change the Organizer in Family Sharing?
My wife has never bought into the Apple ecosystem and I mistakenly set her up as the organizer for family sharing. I would like to change the Organizer to someone else in the family. How do I do that?

I believe you have to disband the group and create a new one, though not necessarily in that order. See Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support.
