Permanently deleting Safari from Ipad

How do I permanently delete Safari from the Ipad? It has some very annoying functions, like suddenly closing down all open tabs. Therefore, I would like to replace it with a more well-functioning browser, like chrome (safari just take up unnecessary space).

Safari is an integral element of iOS/iPadOS; it cannot be deleted.
