mic on apple watch series 6 not working

People can’t hear me, but i can hear them. seri can’t hear me either. my watch is clear of on and has not been in water. I’ve turned my phone and watch off but my mic still does not work.

The microphone on my Apple Watch does not hear me I've reset my watch, I've reset my phone I've checked for debris. I'm not hard on my watch at all and it is less than a year old. I'm not muted and it does not work across all apps (phone calls, voice to text, 3rd party apps, etc...)I'm hoping its something I can fix, I will be pretty disappointed if it failed on me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
