Cannot delete iCloud backup

I need proper technical support to resolve my case.

I want to delete a backup file from my iCloud but I always receive an error message that the backup cannot be deleted.

I tried all the solutions available in the community and FAQ but with no success.

There must be an internal system issue that needs to be resolved by Apple's technical expert.

Please, do help me with this issue.
