Removal isn’t possible. If you don’t wish to use it, simply sign-out:

Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > [Your AppleID] > Sign Out

As for modifications to the OS, or jailbreaking to obtain root-access, these are not topics permitted by the Terms Of Use that govern participation within the Apple Support Communities (a link to which you’ll find here - https://discussions.apple.com/terms).

Oh well yea, overlooked the naming part. Im talking about the built-in “Messages“ App. So by that you mean, it cannot be removed without modifying the os? Or is it just built on top of the os and the user has no modification permission over it? If so, that would mean i need os level root perms in order to remove the restriction i guess.

Well technically u prob can, i just don‘t really have the time to look into it rn, thats why im posting the question. That being said, this perspective is extremely negligent because where should you draw the line here? At a few kb or rather at one gb? No, if you‘re going to tackle space issues, then do it properly.
