How do get refunded for last 3 purchases on Roblox were made by my granddaughter without me knowing

Please refund my back to my bank. My granddaughter was coached into buying the last 3 roblox purchases . She’s only 5 but my neighbor’s son 10yrs old pressed all the right things to buy them.Then (I have no about the game) then some how put them to his own I pad. I did put extra security on my account as soon as I seen them on my bank statement. Thank-you kindly.
