Hi all, I just bought the new Mac book pro M1 chip, I connected it to my Samsung Curved screen C27F591FD but it seems very blurry text and doesnt look good like on my windows machine. I tried to play with resolution and the terminal commands to change it from 0 1 2.
Any other options recommend ? or the best bet is to buy new 4K screen ? thank you all

I had this same issue when I connected MacBook Air M1 2020 to external monitor AOPEN gaming monitor display blurry.
once I changed the HDMI cable which has come along with AOPEN gaming monitor display started working fine with out blurry.
Resolution : Make sure use the same HDMI which you along with the monitor. I know it sounds weird but I am not sure why it happens with third party cables.May be Apple did trick ?
It looks like your monitor is 1920x1080 so picture quality should be the same whether it is connected via HDMI or DisplayPort, assuming the USB-C to HDMI adapter is doing the right thing.
Is the resolution set to 1920x1080 or something different?
Note that as a large monitor limited to just 1920x1080, your text will never be as clear as it is on your MBP's screen or compared to what it would be on a higher resolution monitor.
It looks like that monitor is optimized for viewing content and gaming, not for large text displays per se.
Well as with the original poster:
1) Is your resolution set to 1920x1080?
2) As before, 1920x1080 is great for video, but not so much for text; even for a 27" monitor you really want something that supports at least 2560x1440.
You need to give us more information.
How is it connected to your M1? Does the MacBook Pro see it as a monitor and allow you to change its resolution?
Does "About this Mac" properly report the monitor's existence?
Im using hdmi cable from my monitor to hdmi to usb c converter.
Yes it see it as under about mac C27F591 display and i can change resolution but im not happy about the text quality i tried changing resolutions as well. Should i connect the screen to displayport to USB c cable instead? Will it be help?
My bad, didn't realize it was replying to u but I would think u would have understood the frustration wasn't with you, also I said I am having the same issue as the OP which in fact means same monitor etc....

This is a terrible response.. Same monitors and on my MacBook pro no issues on the mac mini m1 blurry text... Come on with a real fix or it's going back!
Then return it; I don't work for Apple so it's no big deal to me.
If you actually want help, we need a lot more information; without that any comments would just be grasping at straws.
