iPhone 6s Plus wanting to reinstall IOS 14 even though I already have it installed

My iPhone 6s Plus is wanting me to reinstall iOS 14, even though the title of the update is 14.3 and provides the update is 3.77gb and provides information that I need to update to iOS 14.

My sibling also has an iPhone 6s Plus which does not have this problem.

iOS 14.3 is just a newer version of iOS 14. Go ahead and install it. Your sibling will get the notification soon. See this:
