My AirPods are not holding the charge

My iPods are not holding the charge like they use to. If I charge them, they last I only about 50 minutes where in the past they lasted for hours. I only charge them using apple charger. I paid $150 for them about 2 - 3 years ago when I bought my IPhone XR
