Failed to create provisioning profile. There are no devices registered in your account on the developer website. Plug in and select a device to have Xcode register it.

To create a provisioning profile, you will need to do so for a specific unique device. If you don’t have an iOS device, then you can’t (nor need to) create a provisioning profile for iOS apps.

The provisioning profile allows the programmer to side load their own app (i.e. not through the App Store) for testing purposes. If you have no iOS device, then you wouldn’t have use for a provisioning profile anyway.
