How to create a new ICloud email and change Apple ID to it?

I want to create a new iCloud email address, and then change my Apple ID to that. How do I do that?

I should have added—I am doing this for two reasons:

I get way too much spam on my current iCloud/apple I’d. So want to change it and manage the email that comes to the old address separately, and eventually retire that email once I’m sure no legitimate partner (friend, financial account, etc.... is relying on it).
I am changing my name.

Yes, Eric is correct. You would need to create a new Apple ID in order to start afresh iCloud account associated with it. If you are getting a lot of spam, stop giving out your information to websites that ask for it, but that might be a little bit too late. You can try to unsubscribe to spam mail or label it as junk. Over time, it's possible your e-mail account will see less spam.

If you create a new iCloud email address, you are creating a new Apple ID. Apple IDs can't be merged.
