Electricity while charging iPhone 6

Hi

I have experienced recently that my iPhone 6 is giving me minor static shock when touching the Home button while it is charging.

I am using the same charger for my iPad, and nothing happens there. I have updated to the latest version, iOS 12.5., and I am 99,9% sure that the problem first happened after I updated.

Before I am calling Apple (which is the only method to contact them in my country), I would like to hear if anyone here has experienced the same?
