DeAuthorize my Windows Computer

I currently run iTunes 12.6.3.6 (for obvious reasons) on a older Windows 8.1 DeskTop. I'm moving to a new Windows 10 Desktop and can NOT login to my AppleID account to deauthorize my old computer (I have five authorized devices as well), OR authorize my new computer - in both cases getting the dreaded "There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occurred (-50). "

Help!

iPhone 8, iOS 13

Hello kws53,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand an error message appears, when you attempt to deauthorize your computer. We'll be happy to help

Have you tried quitting iTunes, restart your PC and attempt to deauthorize your PC?

Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases

Please let us know if that helps.

Kind regards.
