I recently purchased apple AirPods Pro and I notice the force sensor on the left stem is not working. It only works occasionally. But my right stem works as expected. Anyone knows what the issue is?

Seems like I can click the left AirPods as soon as I take it out from the charging case. But after a minute I cannot click. And seems like the noise cancellation is also not working. Seems like a defect from apple
