My iPhone 11 speaks the phonetic alphabet to my while I’m typing

how can I turn this off? I’ve tried the settings. And followed previous instructions but none work.

If you don't need VoiceOver, go to Settings, tap Accessibility and tap VoiceOver. Make sure it's turned off.
