iphone 5s not restarting

I have an iPhone 5s and gave it to my dad and he was using it for a couple of years and this year start he moved to iPhone 8+. I tried restarting these 5s and it stopped restarting and I tried hard reset and trying to restore but not working... I see Apple Logo is coming and stopping at the bar, the bar is not moving further. I have connected to iTunes and keep trying for the past 1 week...

Here is what I was doing: Press and hold both home screen and power button until I see connect to a computer screen, then connected to iTunes and tried to update or restore, but in both cases, it is doing something and coming back to the apple logo with processing bar under it, and the bar never moved... I left like that for days to see any movement but nothing happened. What would be the best option? how I can get this phone work?

Windows, Windows 6
