I inadvertently paid $69 for a year subscription to the calm app that i don't want. I was able to cancel subscription in Apple.com but unable to obtain refund for remaining months as your system wants an invoice that it won't let me access - online only goes back so far in your system. I could see it in another part of your site but it has no way for me to enter that information without selecting from the list that only goes back 3 months.
