So i switched my daughters phone to my old phone by putting her SIM card in the new phone. It is now her number on the phone but it will not allow me to sign out of my icloud and into hers because of restrictions. I do not remember my screen time password, what should I do?

It’s asking for her screen time passcode which she doesn’t remember so we tried to erase that passcode through iCloud however when she originally setup this passcode she had a different Apple ID password and she can’t remember that now. My sons old recycled iPhone still shows as a device on his screen time. I’ve changed the password for his iCloud I’ve removed the device from his account, still it shows up as a device under his screen time. Please help.

How can I reset my daughters icloud password if her phone is locked My daughter is 14 and I had ScreenTime set up on her phone. Now the password is not working nor is the icloud login credentials. I am locked out of her phone now. How can I reset both her icloud password and the screentime password

Screen Time passcode reset

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

Restore to Factory setting.
