Energy Saver Preference is GONE?

2020-1223....MacBook-Pro (2019-16"-OS Big Sur 11.1), the "Energy Saver" preference is missing?

How to re-install the 'ENERGY SAVER" preference on my MacBook-Pro?

Appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Appreciate exact details & steps.

There is no Energy Saver in Big Sur (for a notebook, at least). Use the Battery System Preference.
