Camera may be defective?

I heard some People using 12 Pro max had an issue about camera lens looks like defective. I noticed that every time i took a picture in low light or dark are, my camera lens a so weird literally (see photos) it is worst even i took photo in a day light with s bit dark room. Do you guys think my phone is defective,, it its expensive and its the best camera but I don’t think so.
