what is a MDM Server URL and how do I find it? Thanks.

An MDM is device management software. My guess is that your company uses that to set up their devices and for you to be able to use your work email on your personal device, you have to comply with their regulations. Contact your IT department for further information. They will have to assist you to do that. It has nothing to do with your iPhone.
