Connecting an iPhone to an iPad doesn't really accomplish anything anyways
If your iPhone is disabled or something of the sort.. you'll need to find a computer, borrow one from a friend or something
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
