How can I contact to apple store support. ?

How can I contact apple store support?

I brought Mac air and want a Tax Receipt, I contacted rpac_cust_invoice_th@apple.com but they never reply to my email.
I brought mac air and select an installment payment of 0% for 10 months but the apple store charge full price I try to contact them but quiet.

I'm feeling very fail for this my spending with Apple. I can say.

( I started using iPhone 4 until iPhone 11 ProMax and also one apple watch 2)

For items from the on-line store go to apple.com, scroll to the bottom, and click on Apple Store Account. --> https://www.apple.com/us/shop/goto/account

For a physical Apple Store purchase you can try contacting the store where you purchased the phone and see if they still have a record of the purchase.
