why ikeep see orange dot on the top of my iphone near the Battery sign how can iknow what is that for and if there is aomething weong how can i fix

Yes, if you are using the microphone. Note the microphone would be required for a phone call, voice memo, Siri, etc.
Also note there is a green indicator to show the camera is being used.
