Serial Number of a new device (iPhone 11 Pro)

Please help me. Bought a new iPhone 11 Pro. The serial number of the device starts with the letter "F". Model No. starts with the letter "M". Does this mean that the device is new or "recovered" by Apple? Thnx

No, those starting letters do not indicate any such thing.

Any reference to the letters M, N, C, or F are referring to the Model number.

M = New

N = Replacement

F = Refurbished

C = Engraved.
