iTunes library

I'm trying to export or download my entire music library from my 2011 MacBookPro to my brand new iPad Pro (4thGen). Why won't it let me or how can I accomplish this feat?

You're doing the above method? In order for us to help you on why it isn't working you need to tell us what is happening when you try and what exact errors appear.
