No. Office 2010 was a Windows only product.

If you want to use Microsoft Office, you will need to purchase Office 2019 or subscribe to Microsoft 365.

Check out with MS. if it is 32 bit or 64 Bit. If 32 bit it will not work. Big Sur Only supports 63 bit applications.
