I bought an iTunes Album and sent it to a non-existing Apple-ID - What do I do now ?

How can I get in Touch with an iTunes Store representative ? All I get when "reporting a problem" is

Assuming you mean you've gifted it to an email address, you've tried seeing if you can re-send it to the correct email account : Send a gift from the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple Books, and more - Apple Support ?


For contacting Support, you've tried a different browser / network / computer ?
