In the Apple Pencil section I can’t see the "Scribble" section. Any thoughts about it?

I can’t swear to it, but I assume that if you don’t have one of these iPads, you might not have it in the settings since you can’t use the pencil with the device anyway.

What iPad year and model do you own?

Every iPad that can run iPadOS 14 and is Apple Pencil compatible should have the Apple Pencil Scribble feature.
