I didn’t get my refund money back

I was accidentally subscribed to an app that was 89.99$ and I’ve requested for a refund, when I check status of claim it says that your original payment method has been refund for this purchase but I did not get the refund back, I’ve check my bank account multiple times but there isn’t any money add to it what should I do.
