Hi ,I bought my Mcbook 8 years ago in Denmark and after that I moved to Norway.It says there is 3 kr.credit in my account and I sont care about it but when I want to change country or region ,it says I cannot do it before I use the remaining credit.Hope anyone can help me here
If it's referring to iTunes Store credit, buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it. Otherwise, contact the people who run the service you're accessing.
