Suddenly unable to pair old Bluetooth speaker to iPhone

All of a sudden I can’t connect my IT Bluetooth tower speaker to my iPhone but have been able to in the past. It will still connect to an identical speaker in another room, as well as other Bluetooth devices, but even after rebooting both devices and removing the speaker from my list of available devices, it won’t recognize the speaker. All other settings seem to be working okay. Any other ideas on troubleshooting?
