Esim with Telavox

Hi,

I'm provided with a phone of my choise, a wearable, wireless headset and a subscription with Telavox from the company I work on.

The issue is that Apple dont provide esim tech with Telavox so I can't talk with the watch without the phone. But esim works with all other brands at Telavox.

Why is that?

Can I use esim and Apple watch with Telavox soon? Or do you advise me to switch to Samsung to get a complete "same brand setup"?
