“Add Cellular Plan” isn’t there

Anyone know why can’t I add a new cellular plan to my iphone xs max? I want to add an eSIM. Tried putting the SIM in and out, rebooted the iPhone, put different sim into the tray. Nothing worked.

Hi there DenisMun,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you want to use the Dual SIM feature on your iPhone and aren’t finding the Add Cellular Plan option. It looks like you already have two phone numbers set up on your iPhone. You would not be able to set up additional services. Learn more here: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM.

We hope this helps!
