Hello, face id don't activates when i take a device in hand.

When i take a device in my hand, face id don't work and touch screen not workig. How i can reboot my device? If i using internet instructions, press button on the right border and press volume minus within 5 sec as result my iphone calling to 112

Face ID not scanning when device is first opened When I turn my iPhone XR on it doesn’t immediately attempt to unlock using Face ID. I have to swipe up to get Face ID to activate which means I can’t see notification previews if I have it set to ‘when unlocked’. Any suggestions? It’s a brand new iPhone.

Face ID not available iPhone 12 Pro Max Face ID quit working so I reset it. Tried to set it up again but it continually tells me to move the iPhone higher then lower and repeats. Finally says Face ID is not available. Any hints on how to fix?

I solved this problem by press faster volume up then volume down and hold shutdown button while iphone until rebooting.
