iCloud issue

iCloud issue

My MacBook Pro is giving me a message of iCloud cannot load library therefore the 12,000 pictures that I had on my iCloud are no longer available on my photos application. This message is on the iCloud website.

And also if you try to drag a picture and try to see if it will load it gives you the following message I will attach the pictures below.

I need help please I don’t know what to do?

I was lucky enough to get help from amazing person. She spent three hours maybe more with me just to make sure everything works but I believe it’s just a server issue because if you go on your phone and if you go to iCloud is the same problem

Same issue here , opened system status https://www.apple.com/in/support/systemstatus/ the photo status is green , also in iCloud.com the exact picture is shown .
