I’ve tried all that. I’ve tried using all the different USB ports on the pc, turning the pc off, everything is updated but neither the pc or iTunes are recognising that the iPad is connected.
I’ve connected my iPhone and it recognised it straight away so the issue is the iPad not the pc or iTunes.
Thanks, I’ve done that now. iPad is only 6 months old so still under warranty and I’m entitled to a free repair.
