My Mac getting hot

Hi to all,

I just bought MacBook Pro 16 inch and started browse on safari, my Mac got warm and when I started watching a video my cpu percentage went up to 40%.

I also download python. A few hours after the download I only open the app and the cpu got really high, attaching an image.

As someone else had this problem?

and there is a way to test my cpu other the the Activity monitor and the "pressing D while opening the computer"?
