Enable MMS on iPad?

Since i've upgrade all my devices (iPad mini, iPad and iPhone 8) to iOS 14.3, I'm unable to send pictures from my iPad to my brother in law's Android phone but I am able to send him text messages. This was not an issue prior updating to 14.3

Is there a new setting that would allow to mms pictures or is this a bug in iOS 14.3?

Thank you

Robert

Hello landrro1,

We understand you're having an issue with sending MMS messages from all your devices. To clarify, is this only happening when attempting to send to your brother-in-law who has an Android device or is this happening when sending to all Android users? Are photos sending as you'd expect with other iPhone users?

We'd suggest ensuring that MMS is enabled under Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging.

Also, check with your carrier to ensure all is well on their end, as MMS messages sent to Android users would be handled by them.

For more info, check out: About iMessage and SMS/MMS

If all else fails, and your carrier confirms everything is good on their end, contact Apple Support using this link:
