I got this new iPhone 12 switched all my stuff but won’t let me make calls and text
i can’t make phone calls or text says hang up and contact customer service

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with your new iPhone 12. It sounds like you transferred everything over from your old iPhone and are unable to make calls or text.
Even if you switched your SIM card to the new iPhone, your carrier may still need to input something on their end. We'd suggest contacting them.
