How to eliminate duplicate texting from iPhone

How can I eliminate the Duplicate and triplicate at times texting from my iPhone after I am voice texting?

Long press on the particular message you want to delete, tap More... (your text should show a checkmark at this point), select other messages you want to delete and tap Delete All (at the top left of the screen). This will delete only the selected messages.
